TRANSFER CERTIFICATE PROCESS NOTE

Students will write application addressed to the Principal and deposit in school office requesting for TC in Form 76.

In case of School initiated TC the letter will be written by the SAC/Vice Principal and addressed to Principal in Form 77.

Application is sent to Principal for approval.

Application is then verified, all necessary clearance from Office (Fees), Library, Lab are taken Form 79.

T.C is prepared and signed by Office.

Class teacher signature is taken on the T.C.

Principal signature is taken on the T.C

After all required signatures T.C is issued to the student the details are noted in a Register (for this purpose) and the student’s signature is taken Form 78
Delink the students name from student’s attendance register and inform to concerning class teacher for deletion from Class Register through Office.
